👋 Hey y’all - George here... I’m out in Vegas this week but had to pull out mid-swing last week after a sharp pain in my side. Been doing physio and it’s looking like a rib strain.

Missed Sahalee, can’t play here, and now it’s all about getting right with Shinnecock in two weeks. Been waiting on that one a long time.

Let’s get into it.

Shinnecock Hills
If I had to pick one course I’ve still not played… it’s Shinnecock. No question. That’s the one that’s been sitting there for years like “yeah… you gotta earn this one.” We’re two weeks out right now, and everything’s kinda built around that. 👉 If I’m fit, I’m playing.
☕ What I collect
Golf shop mugs
Every course I go to, I’m grabbing something… and right now it’s coffee mugs. I use ‘em every day, they actually mean something, and it’s a pretty cool way to build a collection over time. I don’t really mess with ball markers, and clothes have gotta be real good… but a great mug from a great course? That’s coming home with me. 👉 What do y’all collect?

59 or hole in one
Alright, I’ve got one for y’all… would you rather shoot 59 or make a hole-in-one? I know a hole-in-one is probably rarer, but 59 just feels different. That’s one of those numbers where people don’t even ask how… they just kinda look at you like “wait… you did what?” 👉 I’m taking 59 all day.

This past week’s been tough… had to pull out mid-swing, missed Sahalee, and haven’t been able to play out here in Vegas. When you’re used to being out there competing and filming, that’s a hard switch to flip. But sometimes you’ve just gotta take a step back and get it right instead of forcing it. 👉 We’ll be back soon.
🎯 Locked in
Right now it’s simple… get healthy and be ready. Shinnecock in two weeks, Major Cut not far after that, and that’s where everything’s pointed. No rushing it, no shortcuts… just making sure when we’re back, we’re ready to go properly. 👉 That’s the focus.

  • Don’t “run” — keep your hips in inclination.
  • Feel left hand → right knee.
  • Use an alignment stick to build structure.
