👋 Hey y’all, George here.
It’s been a huge week. We filmed the first 1v1 of the year and kicked off a season-long points race between me and Wesley with a running leaderboard and a prize at the end.
We’re down in the Dominican Republic filming some seriously competitive golf. Me and Wesley. Brad and Sean. A 54-hole team event plus a 27-hole individual championship. I’ve been rolling the LAB DF3i and it’s been great. A firmer feel, better speed control, and switching back to a SuperStroke pistol grip has made a big difference.

⛳️ My Dream 9-Hole Golf Course
This week, I’m building my perfect 9 holes.
Slighlty longer newsletter - I hope y'all don't mind! No rules. No order. Just the nine holes I’d want to play forever. A mix of iconic shots, uncomfortable tee balls, proper risk-reward, and holes that live rent-free in my head.
|
|
🌿 Hole 1
One of the most intimidating opening tee shots in golf.
A demanding drive, a sloping green, and absolutely nowhere to hide.
The perfect way to start a dream 9.
|
|
🌿 Hole 2
Long, demanding, and brutally honest.
You have to hit a proper drive and follow it with a precise iron just to give yourself a look at birdie.
Miss in the wrong spot and this hole quietly turns into a grind.
|
|
🌿 Hole 3
This is one of my favorite holes anywhere.
A proper par 5 where a good drive sets up a downhill long iron into the green, which might be my favourite shot in golf.
Eagle opportunity if you want it and incredibly satisfying when you pull it off.

🚀 Takomo $100 Giveaway Winner
Congrats to Matt E, who was the fastest to reply “Takomo to the Moon” last week.
Keep your eyes peeled for the next fastest reply competition 👀

|
🌿 Hole 4
One of the most iconic short holes in golf.
A premium mid-iron that tests your nerve and precision, especially when the wind gets involved.
It’s beautiful to watch and brutal to play.
|
|
🌿 Hole 5
One of my all-time favorite drivable par 4s.
A big tee shot with water right and bunker left, creating a real decision off the tee.
Hit it right and the reward waits. Miss it and a big score is staring at you.
|
|
🌿 Hole 6
If you haven’t watched already,
we did a Major Cut at Pebble
.
Ocean views and late-round drama. Reachable with a big tee shot and one of the most iconic closing holes in golf. It’s a perfect test of power and precision. |
|
🤔 Did I miss one?
Reply to this email with a hole you think should have absolutely made this Dream 9.
If enough of you agree, we might have to revisit the list.
|
|
🌿 Hole 7
The island green every golfer knows.
Pure risk meets reward as you aim at the green with nothing but water between you and your ball.
One miss and it’s a splash. One perfect strike and it’s an unbeatable feeling.
|
|
🌿 Hole 8
One of golf’s most feared and revered holes.
The Road Hole demands absolute precision off the tee and into a green guarded by the hotel corner and the legendary road bunker.
When the wind kicks in, it becomes a nightmare every golfer remembers.
|
|
🌿 Hole 9
A finishing hole with energy, history, and teeth.
A bold drive, shifting winds, and a green that beckons but never gives up.
It’s a proper end to a Dream 9.
